Experience the real Arctic wilderness during an adventurous evening and an overnight visit to Camp Tamok. You will chase the Northern Lights as you go dog sledding into the Tamok Valley, and hopefully you will experience the magical Aurora Borealis dancing in the sky

During the first evening, you will experience the beauty of the Tamok Valley, with high chances of seeing the Northern Lights in this uninhabited area with no artificial light as your dog team pulls you through the wilderness. Before setting off you will learn how to train and groom dogs and your guide will provide detailed instructions about how to be a musher and lead a team of dogs.
After a delicious dinner and an overnight stay in a lavvu (Sami herdsmen’s tent) or in the cabin at Camp Tamok, you will go snowmobiling the next day. The safari takes you into the valley before you return to Tromsø in the late afternoon.

This is a wilderness adventure you will long remember!
